Job Role: Operations Specialist

Job Description

- Physically visit assigned properties for property onboarding, tenant search, and tenant move-in/move-out activities.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure maintenance and other services are delivered with high quality.
- Visit properties regularly to monitor maintenance work performed by vendors.
- Inspect the quality of work completed and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Prepare detailed property inspection reports using the Housewise App.
- Ensure suitable and high-quality tenants are identified within defined timelines.
- Minimize property vacancy periods by ensuring timely tenant placement.
- Manage assigned operations independently with minimal supervision.
- Handle changing priorities and operational requirements as instructed by managers.
- Coordinate with tenants, vendors, property owners, and internal teams for smooth service delivery.
- Identify operational issues, analyze root causes, and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure all assigned activities are completed efficiently and within required timelines.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–10 years of operations experience is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience in Operations, Logistics, Fulfillment, Service Delivery, Supply Chain, Banking, Financial Services, E-commerce, Telecom, or Manufacturing is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling within the city.
- Two-wheeler ownership is mandatory.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure workplace.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Result-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive for achieving organizational goals.
- Must be available for full-time employment; part-time candidates will not be considered.
