Job Role: Recruiter

Job Description

- Identify and recruit blue-collar Delivery Associates through field visits, local advertisements, job fairs, and social media channels.
- Conduct aggressive field recruitment drives near delivery hubs, local marketplaces, and transit nodes.
- Generate and maintain a solid pipeline of potential candidates for delivery roles.
- Conduct candidate screening and explain job roles, responsibilities, and employment terms.
- Manage the complete onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Collect and verify required documents, including Aadhaar, PAN, and Driving Licence (DL).
- Coordinate background verification and ensure completion of required checks.
- Assist candidates with app registration and activation processes.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams and delivery hubs to ensure smooth deployment of new hires.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment and onboarding targets.
