We work on projects involving smart automation, connected devices, and customized home technology solutions. Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with 4–5 years of experience in the Home Automation / Smart Home industry. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring smooth communication between clients, project teams, vendors, technicians, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and organizational skills, good knowledge of home automation projects, and the ability to manage multiple activities and timelines effectively. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities of home automation projects. Act as a coordination point between clients, project managers, technicians, vendors, and internal teams. Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and pending activities. Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of project activities. Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding materials, equipment, and deliveries. Maintain project-related documentation, reports, checklists, and status updates. Coordinate site visits, installations, testing, and project handovers. Identify delays, dependencies,



and project-related issues and escalate them to the concerned team. Ensure proper communication of project requirements and updates to all stakeholders. Track material requirements and coordinate with relevant teams for timely availability at site. Prepare regular project progress reports and provide updates to management. Assist the Project Manager in planning, execution, and closure of projects. Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and according to client requirements. Maintain proper records of project-related communications and activities. Required Skills & Qualifications 4–5 years of relevant experience in Home Automation / Smart Home / Building Automation projects. Previous experience in a Project Coordinator / Project Executive / Project Support role is preferred. Good understanding of home automation project execution and installation processes. Solid coordination and follow-up skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple teams, vendors, technicians, and clients. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously. Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, email communication, and project documentation. Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling abilities. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
