Weekly Off: W/o - Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday - Any 1 day out of 3 Job Summary We are looking for female Telecallers to join our real estate team at Ashram Road. The candidate will be responsible for calling provided leads, communicating with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and generating interest in real estate projects. Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to provided leads and prospective clients.
Communicate with clients professionally and confidently.
Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper records.
Generate and qualify potential prospects.
Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and appointments.
Maintain a positive and skilled approach while speaking with clients. Requirements
Female candidates preferred.
Fresher to 6 months of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer communication.
Minimum 12th Pass; graduates are preferred.
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Presentable and confident personality.
Good convincing and client-handling skills.
Candidates should be comfortable making regular calls to clients.
