The brand focuses on offering high-quality, contemporary jewellery designed for everyday and special occasions. Job Summary We are looking for an HR Recruiter & Generalist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process along with day-to-day HR coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, candidate-handling, and coordination skills. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing candidates to final selection and joining. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other recruitment channels. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process and ensure a smooth candidate experience. Handle offer discussions and salary negotiations with selected candidates. Coordinate with candidates during the offer and joining process.



Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update recruitment trackers. Coordinate with hiring managers regarding open positions and candidate status. Support day-to-day HR activities and general HR coordination as required. Maintain proper recruitment and employee-related documentation. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–4 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Generalist roles. Good understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process. Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable handling salary negotiations and offer discussions. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Good organizational and record-maintenance skills. Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring timelines. Working knowledge of MS Excel and basic HR tools. Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and confident in handling candidates independently, with the ability to manage recruitment requirements from sourcing to joining while supporting general HR activities.
