BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Job Summary:
KMS Pharma is divison of KMS Health Center Pvt Ltd. and it is a partner of choice to
global pharmaceu4cal companies in the areas of novel drug delivery systems (NDDS),
custom pharmaceu4cal product development, R&D; services and support of end to end
product development of complex and niche products and commercial supply.
KMS Pharma. is invi4ng applica4ons for the posi4on of Business Development Manager
in their Formula4on Unit.
Job DescripKon:
· To iden4fy poten4al clients for targeted business development ac4vi4es, genera4ng
leads through different sources such as internet, trade exhibi4on, and professional
network websites. Iden4fying and priori4zing warm prospec4ve clients from a pool of
generated leads from various sources.
· Understanding the needs of clients, conduct client mee4ngs and follow up with
poten4al clients to customize their business proposals.
· Working closely with management and team members to define business development
and marke4ng strategy.




· Represen4ng company in interna4onal and na4onal conferences.
· Must have a solid network or be able to develop network quickly.
· Understand Market dynamics.
· Develop knowledge of na4onal & interna4onal markets.
· Conduct appropriate research about target markets.
· Collaborate with project management to ensure product development is executed on-
4me and as agreed.
· Execute all the marke4ng ac4vi4es planned in co-ordina4on with the team.
· Research industry trends through internet and update the business and management
teams through newsleSers and daily mailers.
QualificaKon:
Bachelor or Master Degree in Pharmacy/Bio-Technology/Life Science or related field and
MBA
Experience: 4 to 15 years in Business Development in the relevant field.
Work LocaKon:
Chennai.
