SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Expertise
- Provide functional and technical consultation on SAP SuccessFactors Learning to enable enterprise learning, compliance training and talent development processes.
- Configure and maintain the Learning Administration workplace including items, courses, curricula, programs, learning plans and learning history.
- Set up and manage instructor-led training (ILT/VILT), scheduled offerings, resources, facilities, and enrollment/registration workflows.
- Configure online content (SCORM/AICC/Tin Can-xAPI), content packages, and integration with the SuccessFactors iContent / content repository.
- Design and administer assessments, quizzes, surveys, exams and evaluations.
- Configure competencies, qualifications,



curricula and requirement-based compliance/certification tracking with automatic reassignment.
- Set up notifications, automatic processes (APM), user connectors, and scheduled jobs.
- Configure Role-Based Permissions (RBP), admin security roles, domains and workflows for learning administration.
- Build and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards and learning analytics (Plateau Report Designer / BIRT / Reporting).
- Manage learning content and catalog administration, approval processes, and learning assignment profiles.
- Prepare functional/technical design documents and support testing, cutover and hypercare activities.

Integration & Data Knowledge
- Understanding of LMS integration with SuccessFactors Employee Central and other talent modules (Performance, Succession, Onboarding).
- Working knowledge of user/organization data replication from Employee Central / SAP ERP (ECC) into L
