Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager – Middle East to lead and manage our B2C inside sales team catering to the Middle East market. The role involves driving revenue, managing a high-performing sales team, improving lead-to-conversion rates, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 15+ Inside Sales professionals.
- Set clear sales targets, KPIs, and performance expectations.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Build a high-performance and target-oriented sales culture.

2. Middle East Sales Strategy
- Develop and execute sales strategies focused on the Middle East market.




- Drive customer acquisition and revenue through calls, virtual interactions, and digital channels.
- Understand market trends, customer needs, and buying behavior across Middle Eastern markets.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and market penetration.

3. Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage the complete sales funnel from lead generation to closure.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and effective lead nurturing.
- Monitor lead quality, conversion rates, and sales productivity.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and implement corrective actions.

4. Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and parents.
- Understand customer requirements and effectively communicate Infinity Learn's value proposition.
- Handle customer queries and objections to ensure a smooth sales journey.
- Maintain a strong customer-first approach throughout the sales process.
