Audit, Finance & Accounts – Infrastructure / InvIT
We are looking for a finance skilled with strong infrastructure, project finance and audit experience to lead financial reporting, regulatory compliance, risk-based audit and Audit Committee reporting for an infrastructure platform with operating road/highway assets.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Financial statement, management reporting & cash-flow review
- Acquisition, monetisation, refinancing & debt-raising transaction review
- Syndicated loans, bonds, term sheets & financing structures
- Debt servicing, lender covenants, DSRA & bank guarantees
- Credit and counterparty risk assessment
- Toll collection & revenue recognition controls
- Risk-based internal audit across Finance, Treasury, Procurement & Operations
- Audit Committee, Board & senior management reporting
- Engagement with lenders, rating agencies, valuers, independent engineers & statutory auditors
- Coordination with NHAI, Investment Manager, Legal, Finance & Investment teams





Ideal profile:
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent
- Experience in InvIT / infrastructure / project finance
- Strong exposure to operating road/highway assets and NHAI concession agreements
- Hands-on experience with debt raising, syndication, bond issuance & refinancing
- Strong financial modelling, cash-flow forecasting & sensitivity analysis skills
- Experience monitoring lender covenants and debt-service structures
- Exposure to SEBI InvIT Regulations, credit risk, fraud/AML and compliance
- Strong stakeholder management and Audit Committee presentation skills
