nRole Description
nThis is a full time, on-site role for an On-roll Company Secretary based in Chennai. The role involves managing corporate secretarial compliance, including preparation and filing of statutory forms, maintenance of registers and records,



and ensuring adherence to Companies Act and related regulations. The Company Secretary will draft and review board and general meeting notices, agendas, minutes, and resolutions, while coordinating with directors and management for timely approvals. The role includes handling ROC filings, monitoring corporate governance practices, assisting in drafting corporate policies, and supporting event-based compliances such as incorporations, share allotments, and changes in directorship. The professional will collaborate closely with audit and tax teams, respond to regulatory queries, and support clients with advisory on secretarial matters.
