n What You’ll Be Doin

- g:Own the onboarding and implementation process for assigned customer accountn
- s.Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the post-sales lifecycln
- e.Build robust relationships with business and technical stakeholdern
- s.Coordinate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to resolve customer queries and implementation issuen




- s.Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and feature walkthroughn
- s.Drive product adoption by educating customers on platform capabilities and best practicen
- s.Monitor customer health, platform usage, and engagement metricn
- s.Proactively identify risks and escalate concerns to internal teams when requiren
- d.Support renewal conversations by ensuring customers realize value from the platforn
- m.Identify opportunities for account growth through upselling and cross-sellinn
- g.Gather customer feedback and share insights with Product and Engineering teamn
- s.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, action items, and implementation progress using CRM tooln
