- CA Inter – Both Groups Cleared (IPCC/Intermediate)n
- Solid interest in Audit, Taxation, and Advisoryn
- Good communication and analytical skillsn
- Working knowledge of Excel and accounting concepts preferredn

nWe are looking for dedicated and motivated CA Inter candidates to join our firm as Articled Assistants. The role offers extensive practical exposure across audit, taxation, compliance, and transaction advisory assignments, ensuring well-rounded professional development aligned with ICAI training objectives.

n Key Responsibilities & Learning Exposure:

- n
- Internal Audits, including assignments for listed entitiesn
- Evaluation of internal controls and business process reviewsn
- GST compliances – preparation and filing of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & 9Cn
- Assistance in Financial Due Diligence engagementsn
- Support in IPO advisory, transaction structuring, and growth strategy assignmentsn
- Accounting, financial statement finalisation, and MIS reportingn
- Tax Audit and Income-tax Return preparation and filingsn
- Client coordination and regulatory compliance supportn

- ₹12,500 per month – 1st Yearn
