- 6+ years of Technical Program Management experience within engineering or technology organizationsn
- 5+ years of prior hands-on experience in software development, system design, or technical architecturen

- Ability to build and structure programs from the ground up, including defining goals, success measures, governance, and execution processesn

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence teams and senior stakeholders without direct authorityn
