nWe're looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of sales across our financial education programs and products.
nWhat You'll Do

- n
- Own sales targets, revenue and the complete sales pipeline.n
- Handle leads, sales calls, follow-ups and conversions.n
- Understand our financial education programs and products and communicate their value clearly.n
- Build relationships with prospects and convert them into customers.n
- Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion.n
- Identify new sales opportunities and channels.n
- Track performance and continuously improve the sales process.n
- Eventually build and lead a sales team as we scale.n

nWhat We're Looking For
n
- n
- 3+ years of sales experience.n
- Experience in fintech, financial services, financial education, wealth management,



banking or a similar industry is a plus.n
- Good understanding of financial markets and investment products.n
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.n
- Comfortable working with targets, numbers and CRM tools.n
- Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership.n
- Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.n
