nEducation: Graduate / University Degree mandatory

nWhat You’ll Do
n
n• Drive revenue growth through strategic corporate business development
n• Acquire and grow high-value corporate & MNC client relationships
n• Identify new market opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
n• Develop long-term relationships with clients, insurers and TPAs
n• Engage with senior stakeholders and represent Howden at key industry forums
n• Collaborate across teams and regions to achieve business growth objectives
n
nWhat We’re Looking For
n
n✅ 10–18 years of direct Corporate Sales experience in Insurance Broking
n✅ Strong track record in new business acquisition and revenue generation




n✅ Experience handling large corporate / MNC accounts
n✅ Strong market knowledge and corporate network
n✅ Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
n✅ Target-oriented, strategic and commercially driven mindset
n✅ Insurance qualification will be an added advantage
