n Key Responsibilities :

- n
- Managing Home Care appointments (Home Sample Collection, Nursing Care / Visits, Medicine delivery, Child and Adult Vaccination,



Patient Care Giver at Home & Physiotherapy at Home)n
- Handling customer complaints and follow-upsn
- Handling calls — both inbound and outboundn
- Having knowledge of Home Care Servicesn
- Tracking and making recommendations for enhancing customer experience Home Care Services.n
- Home Care operations assigned by supervisorn
