- Monitor inventory and manage procurement of supplies while controlling costs.n

n2. Guest Experience:

- Ensure all guests receive a personalized and memorable experience.n
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction and brand loyalty.n
- Monitor online reviews and social media mentions to address any concerns promptly.n

n3. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver excellent customer service.n
- Create staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage.n
- Motivate and inspire the team to maintain high morale and a positive work setting.n

n4. Financial Management:

- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.n




- Analyze revenue streams and implement strategies to optimize profitability.n
- Monitor occupancy rates, pricing strategies, and expenses to achieve financial targets.n

- Build partnerships with local businesses, travel agencies, and influencers to promote the hotel.n
- Monitor and manage the hotel's website and online booking platforms to ensure maximum visibility.n

nDesired Candidate Profile
nEducation: Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
nExperience: Proven experience in hotel management, preferably in backp
