nKey Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the school library.n
- Organize, catalogue, and maintain books, periodicals, digital resources, and reference materials.n
- Assist students and teachers in effectively accessing and using library resources.n
- Promote a culture of reading through book clubs, reading programmes, book displays, and related initiatives.n
- Guide students in using library systems and reference tools for academic research.n
- Coordinate with academic departments to support curriculum requirements.n
- Maintain records of issued/returned materials and manage overdue resources.n
- Ensure a well-organized, quiet, and respectful library environment.n

nQualifications & Experience

- n
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Library Science (B.Lib / M.Lib).n
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a school or academic library preferred.n




- Familiarity with library management software.n
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.n
- Passion for reading, literature, and student engagement.n

n2. Western Music Teacher
nBanyan Tree School is seeking a skilled and dedicated Western Music Teacher with strong knowledge of Western Music and the ability to inspire students through engaging and creative music education.

nKey Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging Western Music classes for students.n
- Develop students’ vocal and instrumental skills through structured instruction.n
- Prepare and train students for assemblies, concerts, competitions, annual functions, and cultural events.n
- Conduct choir practices and coordinate musical performances.n
- Introduce students to Western music theory, notation, rhythm, harmony, and appropriate repertoire.n
