SELL AI TO BUSINESSES ACROSS THE US & UK
- Ywork.ai is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help us grow across the US and UK construction markets.
- Your goal is simple:
- Start conversations with potential customers, understand their challenges, create interest in Ywork.ai, and book qualified meetings.
- The primary channel for this role is cold calling.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
You’ll be responsible for creating new sales opportunities across the US and UK markets.
• Make outbound cold calls to potential customers
• Speak with contractors, business owners, estimators, and other decision-makers
• Introduce Ywork.ai and communicate the value of our AI product
• Understand prospects’ challenges and qualify opportunities
• Handle initial questions and objections
• Book qualified meetings and demos
• Follow up through calls, email, and LinkedIn
• Keep prospect and activity information updated in the CRM
• Work with the founders and sales team to improve pitches, scripts, and outbound strategy
