n About the Role
nWe are seeking experienced Precast Project Managers to lead our Joint Venture precast manufacturing facilities in Navi Mumbai and Hyderabad.
nAs a key leadership role, you will be responsible for the successful management of precast operations, ensuring protected, high-quality, and timely delivery of products to project sites while driving operational excellence and stakeholder satisfaction.

n Key Responsibilities

- Project planning and execution.n
- Commercial and cost management of precast operations.n
- HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) management.n
- Management of subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.n
- Client and stakeholder relationship management.n
- Project monitoring, reporting,



and performance reviews.n
- Leadership, mentoring, and people management.n
- Ensure manufacturing, logistics, and erection activities are aligned with project schedules and Just-in-Time delivery requirements.n

n Required Skills & Experience

- n
- Strong project management experience within the construction sector.n
- Proven experience in precast manufacturing and erection.n
- Sound technical knowledge of concrete technology and precast systems.n
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.n
- Experience managing Just-in-Time delivery programs.n
- Excellent client relationship and stakeholder management skills.n
- Ability to work collaboratively with Joint Venture partners and project teams.n
