nYuma is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Head for North India. The individual will be responsible for

- Owning the strategy for network expansion; responsible for operational excellence across Yuma BaaS networkn
- Partnering with internal stakeholders for new business development and policy advocacyn
- Managing a team of 12-15 people across North India marketsn

nIdeal candidate would have an experience of 6-10 years with a robust entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of scaling businesses across multiple cities and markets. MBA is not mandatory.
nKey Responsibilities
nBusiness Strategy & Growth:

- Develop and execute strategies to expand Yuma's footprint across North India (Delhi NCR, UP, Haryana, Punjab, etc.).n
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams within the region.n
- Drive city and regional business performance with a focus on key metrics such as revenue, profitability,



and customer satisfaction.n

nP&L; Management:

- Own the P&L; for North India operations and ensure financial targets are met across multiple city units.n
- Optimize costs while maintaining high operational efficiency and top-quality service.n
- Monitor regional financial data, tracking market-level KPIs, and make data-driven strategic decisions.n

nOperations Management:

- Oversee end-to-end operations across logistics, supply chains, and customer experience for North India.n
- Establish scalable processes and implement best practices for efficiency and consistency across cities.n
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies in the region.n

nTeam Leadership:
