Job Description
We are looking for a Fresher/ 0-3 years' experienced Interior Designer to join our Internal Design Team, to undertake learning and support a variety of Commercial Workplace designs & Co-Working office design projects.
nKey Responsibilities :

- n
- Offer support in terms of Testfits, design, GFC documentation and process formulation to ensure uninterrupted project delivery.n
- Support Senior Managers for design management with external consultants such as Interior design, MEP, Kitchen, Accoustic etc for all aspects pertaining to projects.n
- Contribute to technical documentation of projects with the ability to define and develop studio standards for production at scale and leverage learnings to optimize production and daily operations.n
- Contribute to product development and continuous improvement of the base offering.n
- Support with design requests of retrofits and help in quantification.n

nEssential Skills :

- n
- Willing ness to explore and learn processes in Design solutioning with effective communicationn




- Working Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Sketchup, PPT & Photoshop. BIM skills would be an added advantagen

nKey Performance Indicators :

- Speed and accuracy of delivery using necessary software tools required for design development.n
- Ability to identify points of improvement across various facets of design and provide solutions within the set framework to best extent.n
- Innovation with respect to design solutions, Budgetary adherence, Sustainability & Usage & implementation of Digital tools to make effiicient processes.n

nExperience & Education qualifications

- Experience – 0-3 years in a design role with experience working with commercial office space, corporate/enterprise & Co-Working office interior design development, documentation and coordination.n
- Qualification: B.Arch. or Interior design course from accredited school of design or architecture.n
