nKey Responsibilities:
nCustomer Engagement & Assistance
no Provide demonstrations of AMC products and explain features, benefits, and usage at customer's place. Sales closing.
no Attend customers promptly and courteously.
no Understand customer needs and recommend suitable AMC cookware solution.
nSales Support
no Assist customers with product selection, pricing, offers, and payment procedures.
no Up sell and cross-sell AMC accessories and related products.
no Maintain updated knowledge of ongoing promotions, discounts, and exchange offers.
nAfter-Sales Support
no Handle customer service queries related to product use, care, and warranty.
no Assist in the processing of returns, exchanges, or service requests.
nGenerate sales leads
no Identify and target potential institutional clients such as corporate institutions, cooking schools, and government institutions etc
no Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through cold calling,



networking, and referrals.
nQualifications & Skills:
n
- n
- Education: Graduate in Business / Marketing / Hospitality.n
- Experience: 0–2 years in institutional or B2B sales (FMCG, kitchenware, hospitality, or retail/direct sales preferred).n

nSkills:
n· Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
n· Product demonstration and presentation skills.
n· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
n· Problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
