n• Lead Chair & Reformer Pilates group classes with a focus on technique, transformation, and care
n• Mentor junior instructors and contribute to a shared culture of learning
n• Help design class programs, client journeys, and seasonal workshops
n• Collaborate with the founders to shape studio direction, community-building efforts, and brand growth
