We are looking for enthusiastic Chess Coaches who can inspire young learners, build strategic thinking skills, and make every class exciting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online Chess classes for children aged 5–15 years.
- Teach Chess fundamentals as well as advanced strategies based on the curriculum.
- Create an engaging and interactive learning environment.
- Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and sportsmanship.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure high levels of student participation and retention.
- Maintain professionalism and punctuality for all scheduled classes.
Eligibility
- Strong knowledge of Chess fundamentals and strategy.
- Prior experience teaching Chess to children (online or offline) is preferred.
- FIDE rating, tournament experience, or Chess certifications will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for teaching young learners.
- Comfortable using Zoom/Google Meet and online teaching tools.
Technical Requirements
- Laptop/Desktop with webcam.
- Stable broadband internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps recommended).
- Good quality headset with microphone.
- Quiet, well-lit teaching environment.
Working Hours
- Flexible Part-Time Hours.
- Weekend availability is preferred.
- Minimum commitment of 15–20 teaching hours per week.
