nRole Summary:
nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to drive business growth. He/she will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate should possess solid leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully driving sales in a competitive market.




nWhat you will do?
n1. Provide sales support for multi-branded hotels in the USA, develop and execute a sales action plan to meet or exceed revenue goals
n2. Activate new accounts in the local market and increase market share from existing accounts
n3. Develop and nurture a sales pipeline utilizing CRM to manage accounts and shorten the sales cycle
n4. Drive ROI for hotel ownership and create/innovate additional value for each assigned hotel
n5. Lead bi-weekly sales strategy calls with each of your designated hotels
n6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall team success.
n7. Support the development of sales strategies and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
nWhat makes you a great fit?
n1. Available to work from Pune office (from Monday to Friday) and shift timing will be 6 PM to 4 AM.
