nWe are hiring for Order Management roles in Pune
nExperience - 1-5YRS
nLocation: Pune
nShift: Rotational Shifts
nWork Mode: Work From Office
nKey Responsibilities
nManage the complete Order Management lifecycle from order creation to fulfillment
nHandle customer orders, booking activities & billing queries
nWork on SAP; SAP ByD experience preferred
nSNOW / ServiceNow knowledge is an added advantage
nCoordinate effectively with internal & client stakeholders
nHandle reporting and analysis using MS Excel
nConduct process training and structured learning sessions
nIdentify training needs and develop training manuals/course materials
nKey Requirements




nExcellent written & verbal communication
nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
nGood attention to detail and accuracy
nWillingness to work in rotational shifts
nReady to work from office
nShipping / Logistics industry experience is preferred
nIMPORTANT: Only candidates currently based in Pune will be considered.
nRelocation candidates are not preferred due to client requirements.
