n About the Role
nKey Responsibilities:

- Assist in design development, sampling, and product development.n
- Create and develop new styles based on trends, briefs, and customer requirements.n
- Work closely with merchandising, production, and sampling teams.n
- Prepare design details, specifications, and presentation materials.n
- Follow up on samples and ensure design accuracy and quality.n

n Qualifications
n
- n
- Graduate from NIFT or a similar fashion/design institute.n
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with strong design skills are welcome.n

n Required Skills
n
- n
- Valuable communication, coordination, and attention to detail.n
- Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is preferred.n
- Willingness to work from Mongla, Bangladesh. n
