n About the Role:

nWe're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate who enjoys speaking with customers and helping them make informed decisions. As the first point of contact for prospective customers, you'll understand their requirements, educate them about our services, and guide them throughout the initial stages of their journey.

n Key Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers through calls, chats, emails, and other communication channels.n
- Understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solution.n
- Explain products, services, and processes clearly while building trust with customers.n




- Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales journey until successful conversion.n
- Ensure a seamless handoff to the operations or fulfillment team after conversion.n
- Capture and maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems.n
- Analyze customer interactions and share insights to improve lead conversion and customer experience.n
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.n
