- Ensure seamless operations with modern trade chains, including stock availabilityn

nand merchandising.

- Team Management and Coordinationn
- Lead and guide a team of Sales Officers and Merchandisers to execute plansn

neffectively.

- Train and develop the team to improve productivity and sales execution.n




- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement trade marketing activities.n
- Distributor and Supply Chain Managementn
- Ensure proper supply chain management to avoid stock-outs at customer points.n
- Monitor distributor performance and ensure adherence to company policies andn
