Role Description

Holds White Globe's administrative rights on a client-owned translation management platform and keeps the operating environment configured, permissioned and healthy.
What you will own
• Administer operator settings, user accounts and task-level permissions for the programme workspace.
• Configure projects, language pairs, quality assurance profiles and workflow templates.
• Maintain translation memory and term base resources within the platform, including imports and exports.
• Act as the first line on access issues, permission errors and technical failures, and manage escalation to the platform owner.
• Keep an auditable record of who has access to what, and remove it promptly when assignments end.

• 3+ years administering an enterprise TMS or similar workflow platform.
