nThe role involves leading the sales team, developing channel partnerships, generating revenue, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.n
- Lead, mentor, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.n
- Recruit, train, and coach sales executives to improve productivity.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and real estate consultants.n




- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.n
- Conduct property presentations, customer meetings, site visits, and sales negotiations.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.n
- Monitor sales funnel, bookings, collections, conversions, and customer follow-ups.n
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Project teams to deliver an excellent customer experience.n
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market intelligence reports.n
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.n
- Ensure timely documentation, payment collections, and project sales closures.n
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining high customer satisfaction.n
