Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced PeopleSoft Administrator to lead the
administration, architecture, and support of enterprise-wide PeopleSoft HCM
environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in
PeopleSoft infrastructure with proven record in end-to-end upgrade programs and
managing customer relationships without escalations.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the administration, architecture, and support of enterprise-wide
PeopleSoft HCM environments

* Define technical standards, governance, and best practices for PeopleSoft
administration

* Act as the technical escalation point for critical production issues

* Review architecture and recommend modernization strategies

PeopleSoft Administration:

* Install, configure, administer, and maintain multiple PeopleSoft environments
(Development, QA, SIT, UAT, Performance, DR, Production)

* Install and configure:

* People Tools

* Application Server





* Process Scheduler

* Web Server (PIA)

* Integration Broker

* Elastic Search

* Kibana

* Oracle SES/OpenSearch (where applicable)

* Perform People Tools upgrades and patching

* Apply Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPU)

* Implement PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) Images

* Manage DPK deployments and Change Assistant activities

* Perform setting cloning, refreshes, and production migrations

End-to-End PeopleSoft Upgrade

* Lead complete upgrade programs including:

* Planning

* Upgrade strategy and roadmap

* Infrastructure assessment

* Compatibility analysis

* Risk identification

* Downtime planning

* Capacity planning

* Upgrade estimation

Execution

* People Tools upgrades

* HCM application upgrades

* Oracle Database upgrades

* WebLogic upgrades

* Tuxedo upgrades

* JDK upgrades

* Elasticsearch implementation and upgrades

* UM Image adoption

* Tax Update implementati
