We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify and engage potential customers, generate qualified leads, and build a strong sales pipeline across global markets.
The role involves outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and collaboration with sales and marketing teams to create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-driven, and eager to learn about SaaS, technology, and marketing technology.
Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Lead Generation
Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and industry events.
Research and identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across global markets.
Engage prospects and identify potential business opportunities.
Lead Qualification & Sales Development
Work closely with Account Executives to qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
Understand prospect requirements and assess their fit.
Communicate the value proposition and product offerings effectively.
Marketing Collaboration & Pipeline Growth




Follow up on campaign-generated leads in collaboration with the marketing team.
Generate and nurture qualified leads to support pipeline growth.
Contribute to business development and sales targets.
CRM Management & Sales Reporting
Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Track outreach, follow-ups, and lead progression.
Share regular updates on lead generation and pipeline activities.
Market Research & Continuous Learning
Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, SaaS, and marketing technology.
Continuously develop product and industry knowledge.
Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, and CRM platforms effectively.
Demonstrate a curious, coachable, and proactive approach in a rapid-paced environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in B.E, Btech or MBA mandatory.
