Role Description The Sales Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur, responsible for driving sales growth for the company’s range of packaging machines and related products. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships,



and conducting product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers. The Sales Manager will prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and follow up on leads to close sales. The role also involves collaborating with production and service teams to ensure timely deliveries and after-sales support, monitoring market trends and competitors, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Manager is expected to represent the company professionally at client meetings, trade events, and site visits, while consistently working toward sales targets.
Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or manufacturing sectors.
Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation to support consistent revenue growth.
Ability to understand technical product features and translate them into clear value propositions for customers.
