n* Overall management of the gallery’s daily operations
n* Leading and inspiring the sales team
n* Developing sales strategies and achieving revenue targets
n* Building and maintaining relationships with collectors, artists, designers, architects, and corporate clients
n* Planning and coordinating exhibitions, openings, and private viewings
n* Supervising inventory, artwork handling, and documentation
n* Coordinating with artists, framers, transporters, and installation teams
n* Overseeing client servicing, invoicing, and follow-ups
n* Managing staff schedules and ensuring smooth teamwork
n* Assisting with marketing initiatives, social media, and gallery promotions
n* Preparing sales reports and operational reports for management
n* Maintaining the gallery’s presentation and ensuring a premium visitor experience
n* Representing the gallery professionally at art fairs and external events when required
