Role Description

Owns terminology across sixteen language pairs — the decisions, the record of why they were made, and their enforcement in the tooling.
What you will own
• Build and maintain the programme term base: source, target, domain, status and usage context, per language pair.
• Arbitrate terminology disputes and record every decision with its rationale, scope and effective date.
• Configure and maintain term base enforcement in the quality assurance rule sets, including forbidden terms.
• Harvest recent terminology surfaced during post-editing and route it through approval rather than letting it drift.
• Keep terminology versioned, so quality is always assessed against the version in force when the job ran.
