Education: GCSE Level or equivalent

The Associate Customer Service representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer support through inbound calls and web-chat channels. The role involves assisting new and existing customers with insurance products, handling policy-related queries, supporting sales activities, and providing efficient after-sales service while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and web-chat interactions professionally and efficiently.
- Assist prospective customers by providing product information, quotations, and support for motor and home insurance products.
- Support sales activities by guiding customers through the policy purchase process using internal systems and underwriting guidelines.




- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions while maintaining service quality standards.
- Deliver a positive and professional customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Meet established service, quality, and productivity targets.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve departmental goals.
- Participate in training programs and continuously update product and process knowledge.
- Support a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centric service delivery.

Required Skills & Competencies

- Valuable working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to learn and use internal customer service and insurance systems effectively.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
