B2C Customer Support Executive

Salary: 23 LPA

Location: Bengaluru

5-Day Working Week

At Waxys, customer support isnt about sitting around answering complaint tickets.

We want someone who can become the friendly human voice behind Waxys talking to our customers, understanding their experience, solving problems and building relationships that make people want to come back.

What youll be doing

- Call customers after they purchase Waxys products
- Build a genuine relationship and collect product feedback
- Help customers with usage questions, issues, replacements and other enquiries
- Confirm COD orders and help convert customers to prepaid orders where possible
- Handle customer queries across calls, WhatsApp and other support channels
- Follow up until issues are actually resolved not just replied to
- Share recurring customer feedback with the team so we can improve our products and experience
- Help turn a first-time Waxys buyer into a happy repeat customer

Who were looking for
- Friendly, confident and genuinely enjoys talking to people
- Strong communication and people skills
- Must be able to speak at least one South Indian language Kannada, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone every day
- Patient,



organised and good at solving problems
- Able to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups without losing track
- Comfortable learning about products and explaining them clearly
- Freshers and early-career candidates are absolutely welcome
