WE ARE HIRING | TELECALLER (Freshers)

Amity Global School, Gurgaon is looking for an enthusiastic and communication-savvy Tele caller to join our team.

Location: Sector 46, Gurgaon

Position: Tele caller

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: 20,000 per month to 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective parents and leads

Handle enquiries and provide relevant information about the school

Follow up with prospective parents and maintain regular communication

Schedule school visits and counselling sessions

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads and follow-ups

Support the Admissions/Marketing team in achieving enrolment targets

Candidate Profile

Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills

Confident and professional telephone etiquette

Good follow-up and relationship-building skills

Prior experience in telecalling, admissions, counselling or customer service will be an advantage





Candidates with school/education sector experience will be preferred
