What you'll do

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Learn about Esperer Motors' products and represent the brand professionally.

Who we're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident,



self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Passion for sales and achieving targets.
- Interest in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Tamil or Kannada is an added advantage.
