We are currently seeking experienced Senior Project Engineers with strong hands-on expertise in Schneider EcoStruxure, Siemens Automation Systems, Allen-Bradley, PLC, DDC, and SCADA platforms..

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 2 years of core accounting experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working closely with a Senior Accountant or Accounting Lead, giving them a practical understanding of day-to-day bookkeeping, invoice handling, tax compliance, and financial record management within a business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- General Ledger & Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate daily accounting entries, vouchers, ledgers, and accounts payable/receivable records.

-Invoicing & Billing: Generate customer invoices, track vendor bills, reconcile accounts, and follow up on outstanding receivables.

- Banking & Reconciliations: Perform monthly bank reconciliations, manage petty cash, and coordinate bank transactions or vendor payments.





- Taxation & Statutory Compliance: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST (GSTR1, GSTR3B), TDS, and support quarterly/annual tax routines.

- Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized files for purchase orders, client contracts, tax receipts, and payment vouchers.

- Audit Support: Work under the guidance of senior accounting professionals/auditors to prepare schedules and documentation for internal and annual audits.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical accounting experience, having worked directly alongside or under an experienced accountant/senior accountant.

Technical Skills:

-Hands-on proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or QuickBooks) and MS Excel.

-Practical working knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic Indian accounting standards/statutory guidelines.

Strong familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation procedures.

Soft Skills: High attention to detail, numerical accuracy, strong organizational skills, and good written/verbal communication.
