Anuj Aggarwal & Co, Cost Accountants is a premier advisory firm providing strategic financial and government subsidy consultancy to industrial enterprises across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.

In addition to our consultancy practice, our sister concern, M/S Shuban Solutions , operates as an end-to-end e-commerce and quick-commerce growth agency. We enable D2C brands to scale across domestic quick-commerce channels and major global marketplaces, including Amazon US.

We are seeking a proactive Growth & Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and client acquisition across both business practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Targeted B2B Lead Generation:
- Subsidy Consultancy (Anuj Aggarwal & Co): Identify and prospect factory owners, industrial SMEs, and commercial businesses across GJ, MH, RJ, and MP eligible for State Government subsidies.
- E-commerce Agency (M/S Shuban Solutions): Prospect D2C brand founders, manufacturers, and trade leaders seeking Amazon US expansion or quick-commerce management.
- Outreach & Pipeline Management: Run multi-channel outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, and professional networks to secure initial meeting bookings.
- Client Engagement: Conduct initial discovery discussions, present tailor-made service offerings,



and qualify opportunities before handing off to senior consultants/account managers.
- Cross-Vertical Synergies: Leverage manufacturing and SME relationships from the subsidy vertical to identify potential D2C/e-commerce expansion opportunities for M/S Shuban Solutions .

Requirements

- Experience: 13 years in B2B business development, lead generation, or inside sales (experience in consulting, qualified services, or agency environments preferred).
- Communication: Transparent, professional verbal and written communication in English; fluent in Hindi. Working knowledge of Gujarati or Marathi is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, CRM tools) and professional email and phone etiquette.
- Mindset: Agile, adaptable, and comfortable wearing two hats to target distinct client profiles (industrial owners vs. D2C founders).
- Qualification: Relevant qualifications such as a Master's/bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
