This role sits at the center of execution - translating founder intent into outcomes across the company.We are looking for aProgram Manager – Founder’s Officewho can operate as an extension of the Founder: structured, execution-focused, and deeply accountable.What You Will OwnFounder Execution SupportWork directly with the Founder to convert priorities into action. Track, drive, and close high-impact initiatives across GTM, operations, and strategy.Program & Execution ManagementOwn cross-functional programs end-to-end — define scope, align stakeholders, track progress, and ensure delivery without slippage.Operating RhythmHelp maintain a single execution cadence across teams. Follow up on commitments, surface risks early, and keep velocity high.Business & Performance VisibilityTrack key metrics across revenue, burn, hiring, and funnel performance. Ensure leadership has clear, timely visibility into what matters.Investor & Strategic SupportAssist with fundraising materials, diligence coordination,
