The candidate should be able to understand client briefs, business context, products, services, and communication goals, and turn them into transparent, polished, and visually engaging motion content.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate professional motion graphics and animated visuals from scratch.Develop explainer videos, product videos, brand videos, social media videos, and campaign assets.Understand client briefs, business context, brand style, and target audience.Use Adobe After Effects to create clean and polished motion design.Use AI video generation tools such as Google Veo or similar platforms for ideation, references, and video workflows.Create AI-assisted visuals, animated concepts, and video references to improve quality and speed.Edit and assemble footage when required, while keeping motion graphics as the primary focus.Handle basic color correction, transitions, effects, and sound design where needed.Collaborate with designers, marketers,



and creative leads.Maintain brand consistency and deliver projects on time.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in Adobe After Effects.Must have experience using AI video generation tools such as Google Veo or similar platforms.Strong understanding of motion graphics, composition, animation principles, timing, pacing, and visual flow.Ability to create animated visuals from scratch.Ability to use AI tools for visual ideation, image generation, video generation, and workflow enhancement.Good sense of storytelling, design, layout, typography, transitions, and animation timing.Basic color correction and color grading skills.Ability to create clean, professional, and brand-aligned motion content.Good to HaveExperience with B2B, corporate, industrial, manufacturing, product-based, or technology-related videos.Knowledge of Blender for basic 3D elements, lighting, rendering, and scene setup.Ability to create product-focused animations or visual explanations.Understanding of social media videos, digital campaigns, corporate videos, and presentation-style content.Portfolio RequirementCandidates must share a portfolio or showreel showcasing:Motion graphics and animation work.Videos created from scratch using design, animation, and visual storytelling.Bonus: Blender or 3D-based work.Bonus: Corporate, B2B, industrial, product-based, manufacturing, or technology-related videos.Soft SkillsStrong attention to detail.Ability to understand feedback and iterate quickly.Willingness to learn new tools and AI-based workflows.Good communication skills.Ability to understand client requirements and business context.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Ideal CandidateThe ideal candidate is strong in motion graphics, animation design, and AI-assisted video creation.
