Role:-ArchiCAD Drafting Specialist (Australian Exp only)

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Residential ArchiCAD Drafting Specialist to prepare high-quality residential architectural drawings. The ideal candidate will convert design concepts into accurate working drawings while ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and collaborating closely with the design team.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed residential architectural drawings using ArchiCAD

Convert design concepts into precise and accurate working drawingsEnsure all documentation aligns with Australian residential building standards and codesCoordinate with the design team to incorporate feedback, updates, and revisionsMaintain drawing accuracy, consistency,



and timely project deliveryOrganize and manage project documentation through backend systems such as SharePointCommunicate proactively with team members regarding project progress and updates.

Required Knowledge & Skills

- Strong proficiency in ArchiCAD for residential drafting

Solid understanding of Australian residential building codes and standardsAbility to produce detailed construction documentation and architectural detailingHigh attention to detail with strong coordination skillsExperience working in collaborative design environmentsGood communication skills and responsiveness in a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience supporting Australian residential projects

Knowledge of documentation workflows and BIM (Building Information Modeling) practicesAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Important Notes

- Strong communication and responsiveness are essential

Experience working with SharePoint or similar backend documentation systems is beneficialHands-on expertise in ArchiCAD is required
