This role is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding project requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of architectural and interior product solutions. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and suppliers, preparing proposals and quotations, tracking orders, and resolving client queries. The Account Manager will also identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, maintain accurate documentation, and support business development activities.



Collaboration with design, logistics, and finance teams is essential to ensure a smooth client experience and high service standards.QualificationsStrong client relationship management and account handling skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.Experience in sales, business development, or customer success, preferably in architecture, interior design, or building materials.Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with transparent spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.Organizational and time management skills, including attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and the ability to manage multiple projects.Comfort with basic CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms.Understanding of architectural and interior design concepts, materials, and finishes is highly desirable.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
