That means clinical flows, departmental relationships, services, equipment, detailing,



coordination and the practical realities that show up during construction.What You’ll DoWork on healthcare projects from planning through documentation and construction.Turn clinical requirements and workflows into clear, workable plans.Prepare and review detailed drawings and GFC packages.Coordinate with structure, MEPF, equipment, interiors and other consultants.Pick up coordination issues early and help solve them before they become site problems.Participate in client, consultant and site meetings.Support and guide junior architects where required.Take responsibility for the quality and completeness of your work.What We’re Looking ForB.Arch with5–8 years of professional experience .Healthcare architecture experience is mandatory.A good understanding of hospital planning, workflows and departmental adjacencies.Strong detailing and documentation skills.Good coordination and problem-solving ability.Proficiency inAutoCAD and SketchUp .Revit/BIMexperience is a plus.Clear communication, valuable judgement and the ability to work independently.Must be willing to travel
