We combine strategy, creativity, data, and performance marketing to build campaigns that deliver results.About the Role :We are looking for aPerformance Marketerwith hands-on experience inGoogle Ads and Meta Adsand a strong understanding of digital advertising, campaign optimization, analytics, and conversion-focused marketing.You will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid digital campaigns for our clients, with a strong focus onlead generation, conversions, campaign performance, and ROI .What You'll DoPlan, launch, and optimizeGoogle Ads and Meta Adscampaigns.Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based onCPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions .Conduct audience research, targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.Analyze campaign and website data to identify growth opportunities.Work onconversion tracking, landing page optimization, CRO,
