We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operations (Training) team at MMA, a Marsh Business. This role will be based in GGN. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.Lead Specialist - TrainingThe Learning and Development Specialist will support the Learning & Development team in delivering training programs and materials that enhance colleague skills and knowledge enterprise-wide.This role will assist with course design, virtual training delivery, and administrative support for learning systems. The Learning and Development Specialist will work closely with Senior Learning and Development Specialists and other stakeholders to ensure training programs meet business needs and compliance standards.We will count on you to:Training deliveryTraining delivery for the domain/ technical trainingCollaborate with operations SMEs/onshore, facilitate & conduct training for the respective capability dev/ domain/ technical learning needTraining need identification with respective business stakeholdersPlan, track and report the trainings & certification progress for various learning projects (BAU/ Right shoring) across Domain and other learningsAssist Senior Learning and Development Specialists with the instructional design and development of system and procedure training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led courses (virtual hybrid and in-person), blended learning programs and other materials.Deliver virtual training sessions and assist with face-to-face workshops as requiredCreate, maintain and update training content on the on SharePoint, Degreed pathways, and Workday, and Articulate Storyline as requiredCollaborate with HR and L&D; teams to align training with regional and enterprise frameworks and priorities Onboarding ExperienceSupport the coordination and development of detailed onboarding plans and induction timelinesUnderstand the stakeholder requirements & supporting the training needs.Work with managers to design and update employee and manager onboarding checklistsSupport onboarding activities, including developing induction schedules and facilitating sessionsResolve onboarding challenges,



including IT access and training material availabilityEnsure consistent adherence to onboarding schedules and team cadence, supporting smooth integration of teamsEnsure continuous improvement of the onboarding process informed by data and stakeholder feedback.Technical TrainingCollaborate with operations SMEs/onshore on process training needs, content creation and facilitationCollate feedback from Onshore Managers on training needsWork with Operation teams for driving certifications, administration, including activities such as registration, enrolment queries or new requirementsWork with centralised teams on the design of training content as relevant for MMATechnical and Systems and Induction TrainingManage Workday Learning Management System administration tasks, including but not limited to mass enrolments, course setup, reporting and updating course content.Assist Senior Learning and Development Specialists with the collation of content for marketing teams as required for award submissions and the likeRun headcount reports in agreement with course owner.Conduct regular CPD reporting and tracking mandatory course completionsRun regular new starter reports and allocate mandatory courses within Workday for new startersWork with Senior Learning and Development Specialists on initiatives relating to Marsh McLennan UniversityAssist in developing process maps linked to training proceduresWhat you need to have:
